I used to have the biggest crush on this guy. He had it all - acting talent, good looks and he was Hollywood royalty. I honestly believe he could have been one of the biggest movie stars of his generation with Tom Cruise or even Sean Penn. But he threw it all away to party and behave like a jerk.

I just read the documents on Smoking Gun, and wow - Charlie needs help BIG TIME. But until he really wants to change, nothing will happen. He loves the drugs and gambling more than his wife and kids right now.

The addictions are bad enough, but the threats of violence are scary, so sad that he doesn't care about what this is doing to his kids. The baby may not realize what's happening, but the older child does and she'll remember it for the rest of her life.

^I think he was giving himself a boost in her eyes when he said "No comment" so that she could really feel the threat and be scared of him, but he just shot himself in the foot because that'll add even more to his problems.And he's got a lot as it is.What a major tool.

Aside from his alcoholism, Martin Sheen seems like a good, standup guy and he's been married for ages to Charlie's mother, who seems nice as well. I don't know how they had such a screwed-up kid.

He was my favorite. Now I am forced to love Emilio. Having read that, if he had something to do with killing a prostitute, the cops would have investigated him or something. The dude's no criminal mastermind. He probably was just trying to scare Denise. The rest of it though..yikes.
