I love him and Jennifer Connely -- theirs is one of the very few celebrity couples that I'd be genuinly sad to see divorce.

The only thing that I didn't get is when Jennifer was asked what part of Paul she hopes their son Stellan gets, and she answered "his penis". I guess she was trying to be funny, but it was just weird. And a little bit squicky.


Besides that, aaall love. I even own a copy of Wimbledon on dvd because I thought he was so hot in it. I also really that Paul is such close friends with Stellan Skarsgård.

I enjoyed him in A Knight's Tale, but I didn't get the sexiness until I watched Wimbledon. Yes, it's craptastic but I can't stop myself from watching it every time it comes on (much like 13 Going On 30).

Which is weird, because blondes never do it for me. I think it's his snarky personality - I love, love, love it!

Talking about his past cocaine addiction:

Actor Paul Bettany became addicted to cocaine as he struggled to cope with his younger brother's death and his parents' divorce.

The A Beautiful Mind star's eight-year-old brother Michael died after falling out of a tree onto concrete when Bettany was 16. His parents separated several years later.

Bettany, now 34, admits his lifestyle veered out of control before therapy finally got him back on track.

He says, "I was just so shattered by what happened. I reckon it took me something like 10 years to get over it. I felt this guilt about still being alive after Matthew died.

"But, through therapy, I stopped doing all the bad stuff. It was slowly destroying me. I had this need to punish myself.

"I stopped doing drugs when I realized I couldn't function without them. And coincidentally that's when I started working."

And talking about religion :

The Da Vinci Code star Paul Bettany no longer follows Catholicism, despite being brought up a believer in the faith. Bettany, who plays a member of the secretive Catholic sect Opus Dei in director Ron Howard's movie, admits he is now an "atheist."

He says, "I was brought up Catholic. I'm lapsed. From the age of three I was with the nuns. Now I'm an atheist. I think religion does a lot for us but I can't quite believe it, alas... It's just a personal choice. I love the idea of heaven though. Who doesn't? It's lovely."

But Bettany, who has a son and a stepson with his wife Jennifer Connelly, wants their children to follow their own path in life. He adds, "If they discover religion and it brings then comfort then great. I'm all for comfort. I'll be over the moon for them."
