New candids of Ewan promoting Long Way Down (July 11th, Beverly Hills).

Ewan McGregor hypes up his new reality TV show, Long Way Down, during the FOX Reality Channel 2008 Summer Television Critics Association Press Tour held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Friday in Beverly Hills, Calif.

In Long Way Down, the 37-year-old actor and his pal Charley Boorman ride motorcycles from Scotland to South Africa to raise money for charity. The travel adventure show will premiere on the Fox Reality Channel on Saturday, August 2nd.

At the event, Fox Reality served shortbread cookies as a nod to Ewan’s Scottish heritage.

OMG - I just got back from seeing "Long Way Down" in the theater tonight - I am SO EXCITED for this to debut on Saturday night. It was so amazing and now I REALLY want to go to Africa!
