I remember posting this before, but maybe it was on Travolta's thread. I do not believe she has a disabled child that she gave up to her parents. She seems like a good mom who adores her children. She was clearly devoted to Jett and devastated by his death. A person like that doesn't seem to have the coldness it would require to abandon a child and not look back. Plus, I have seen her interviewed with her parents and none of them came off like they were hiding anything. It sounds like a crazy rumor to me.

Im telling you, my cousin's co-worker's brother's mailman's step-sister's penpal's teacher's weed-dealer's dog-walker's mechanic's next door neighbor was the head ER doc when that happened.

On topic, I wonder what prompted Kelly to come out with this now. The stories are the cult grip has loosened on John, maybe it has on her too. Scientology really has failed her. She was supposedly a good cultie all these years, but has lost a child and (apparently) has a husband that can't audit out his gay.

Well if she does have a secret child, and the clams are pissed at her, they will leak the info and pictures themselves. Or they'll tell TMZ where to find the evidence of the secret child.

I just posted this in the Recently Deceased thread, but....Kelly has died of breast cancer. I had no Idea she was ill.

I was shocked when it on Twitter! I thought it was one of those fake news deaths until I saw an article on People. I also ran to John Travolta's Instagram account to double check.

I had no idea she was sick either. John Travolta may be way out there, but for the most part, they kept a lot of the personal life private, including this. I didn't even know they had 3 kids, I thought they only had 2. Her youngest looks to be 8-9 years old.

I don't know if their daughter, Ella, has another Instagram account, but I love the fact that it's a basic account. No videos of her dancing or posing like she's a Kardashian. It's mainly pictures and videos of her family, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter where they're greeting everyone on that holiday. Probably also the last videos and pictures of Kelly.

My heart breaks for all of them, especially their youngest child.

WTF?! OMG, that's crazy.

I didn't have anything against her personally, and no one should have to die that young with young children, too. Cancer sucks! But, I don't agree with her and her family's Scientology roots. Her parents were massive, deep parishioners and were part of the problems we have today. But still, I'm just shocked to hear about her death and I hope that her children will be all right.

John really has had a rough time of it: his son and now his wife. Whatever I think of the man and his beliefs, that's a horrible double whammy for him.

Didn’t he date someone in the 70s who also died of breast cancer?

I feel for them. Their youngest was born in 2010, so he’s only 9-10 years old.

Yes, he dated actress Diane Hyland when he was on Welcome Back Kotter and was with her when she died of breast cancer. I've read that grief from her passing is what prompted him to seek out Scientology. I've also read that he got involved with it prior to his relationship with Hyland.
