He has always struck me as such a misogynistic jerk.

This movie sounds a lot like the godawful Mind of the Married Man so I'll give it a pass. I don't like Rock anyway. See the original - Chloe in the Afternoon. An excellent film. [/Rohmer fangirl]

He has always struck me as such a misogynistic jerk. Ah, but God has a sense of humour. After all - he is a father of 2 girls. It all works out in the end.

Chris was really funny on Howard Stern this morning. He and Malaak are still married, but he tried hard to discourage Howard from getting married again. Which was fair since Howard was the guy who "counseled" every single guy about the misery of marriage until he decided to get engaged. Frankly, I don't understand why some guys get married at all since they view it like a prison sentence, but whatever. I guess "the grass is always greener'.

If my husband went on a syndicated radio show and tried to talk someone out of getting married, I would have to really examine my life and see if it is truly worth it to be married to someone who clearly does not want to be married, as Chris Rock seems to.

Fortunatley he does not want to reproduce anymore. He said on Letterman that he did not want anymore children (surprise, surprise).

I wonder if the "no more kids" public announcement was news to Malaak.

God I hate him. He's really nowhere near as funny or insightful as he thinks he is.
If I was Malaak, I would be so insulted by his latest film.

If I was Malaak, I would be so insulted by his latest film. It would have been useful for him while stumping for the film to issue some sort of disclaimer like, "This film does not resemble my life in any way. I love my wife-really!"
