what does she do; that warrants a dialogue from us. She's sounds more like a regional celebrity. Come on guys.

Actually I believe she is syndicated in many radio markets throughout the US.
She is a super cheeseball. I think I called her one time when I was eight or so. (It was not worthwhile.) I remember once around that time she told some story about how her kid had chicken pox or poison ivy or something, and she prayed that God would take it away from her kid even if it meant giving it to her instead, and within a couple days he was all better and she had it. She held it up as divine intervention or something.

She's definitely not just regional. She's pretty much everywhere in the US. I do love seeing Delilah on the front page though. It's so awesome and random!

The first time I heard her I was probably about 16. I thought the stories and dedications were soooo romantic. I remember the first caller I heard was some guy who said that his wife divorced him something like 20 years ago, but he still had not gotten over her and in fact still wore his wedding band. Looking back, I see how utterly pathetic that sounds. But in my teenage mind, it was the height of romance.

alright, so she's not regional. But can we agree that she's not even a D listed celebrity. More like E listed.

I guess it is what you consider a celebrity- she does have quite the following.
