You did?!?!?!? YOU DID???
It's hard for me to remember to listen because I don't usually listen to the radio in the house. I have to remember to turn it on tonight though, to see what sort of nonsense she's going to come up with.

Actually, she's been in Atlanta for years. She used to be on 94.9. By the way, I don't know how it is now, but I swear that she didn't used to always pick the songs. When I go down to visit family in Florida during Delilah these certain songs would always play that I NEVER heard in Atlanta. Maybe it has changed, maybe I was crazy, but I did think that the most random songs were the ones she didn't annouce.

Hmmm...sounds like an Airspace Weirdo, rather than a Cyberspace one!
I remember this chick. I'd turn the station the moment I heard her voice. It gives me the shivers...eeek!

This thread makes me want to love someone tonight.
I don't know who's creepier-Delilah or Alan Almond, with his scary deep voice.

HA!
I had it on earlier. First, some high schooler emailed her and asked her to help them pick a prom theme. WTF? She said she'd play some song for them after the break, but didn't? Then, the cheesiest girl ever called in and was saying how she was listening to some other caller from the other day, and "it was like the caller was describing my relationship! I love him SO much, it was love at first sight!" BLAH BLAH.
Delilah played "I Knew I Loved You" by Savage Garden. Blech. Ha!

I love it! Delilah!
Like so many others of you, when I was a high schooler and college kid, I thought she was tres romantique. Now, as an adult, I often wonder how Delilah can look herself in the mirror. I wonder if she's a cutter.

Not only is she a ground-breaking DJ and renowned clinical psychologist, she's also an author. Be sure to check out all the other Delilah merch, such as the picture frame that includes not only an engraving of her "motto" but her "signature" heart, too!! It's not a coincidence that Delilah and DaVinci both start w/ "d" and have three syllables, ya know. She gets nominated for industry awards, prob wins 'em, too. Ok, in the interest of fairness, I flipped past her last night and she played "Thank You For Being A Friend" by Andrew Gold. That's not a song you hear much (the later tv version excluded) so, uh, props to her for stepping outside the "Angel" box, I guess. Ugh, I just realized that those URLs I linked start w/ "premier member active." I promise you that those are the default URLs when you go into her store page, I did not, I repeat, DID NOT register w. her site, so help me Xenu.

I had her on tonight when I was going to the store. Some dude called in and was talking about all the support he got from his family. He wanted to dedicate a song to his family, and I was SO hoping he'd let her pick it out and she'd play something like....Wind Beneath My Wings, but he picked it himself and picked "Glory of Love" by Peter Cetera. Which...is just odd. And I can't blame that on Delilah even though I'd like to.
