I remember seeing her on of those Behind the Music type show years ago proclaiming how great her soon to be ex/former bodyguard was in a really superior way, and how inferior her other ex-hubbies were. I feel bad for her, but can't forget her uppityness- which she'll probably do with her next husband too

"Battery" is intentional physical contact with the intent to harm or threaten. Poke someone in the chest and you've committed a battery. Grab them in the crotch and you've committed a sexual battery. "Assault" doesn't require any physical contact, only an attempt to harm which makes the victim feel threatened. A raincoat wearing flasher would be committing a sexual assault.

How horrible, really hope he didn't violate her kids. Reading these comments brought to mind that movie Ashley Judd was in (Where the Heart Is) -- where she played an abused single mom whose boyfriend molested her kids. Her character wondered what it was about her that the guy chose her and knew he could try and get away with doing that to her kids.

I fucking hate pedophiles. I've never been molested or even known anyone who was, crazily enough, but if there was some kind of special task force that recruited me tomorrow to openly kill pedophiles, I'd join up in a second. I'd go door-to-door, I don't care. They do not belong in our society and they CANNOT BE REHAB'D. I don't care if it's your father, mother, sister, brother, kid, it doesn't matter--these subhumans are not deserving of the air we breathe.

I have been depressed for days trying to understand how people can be so sick and flawed since reading about the Georgia case over the weekend of the 6 year old boy who...well, I can't even type it. And I know it doesn't belong here, and I'm sorry. But it's just something else ALL the time, some horrific news story about some poor kid and we just aren't doing jack shit about it! When is our govt. going to wake up--or when will we make them where pedo's are concerned?

Wy's husband should go to jail and never get out. NEVER.

I feel really bad for Wynonna. I read her autobiography not too long ago and she went on and on about this guy and how she had finally found true love and that she was the happiest she's ever been in her life. I hope to God, he didn't do anything to her kids, or even his own son. Or any other children. Sick bastard.

I agree. I'd have no problems extending the death penalty to convicted pedophiles.

A big fat amen to your whole post. And I still get choked up thinking about that beautiful little Christopher Barrios boy you mentioned. Jessica Lunsford too which happened near my area. How her father was able to sit in the same court room as that monster is beyond me. I think I would have moved heaven and earth to rip his throat out with my teeth.

What really pisses me off when it comes to pedophiles is that when they are sentenced, a lot of times they are placed outside of the general population "for their own protection." I would be much happier knowing that dropping $100.00 into a prisoners commisery account would buy a raping of the ped the likes of which he couldn't imagine. I was an Oz fanatic and would love to see Schillinger and Adebisi types enact prison justice on these monsters. I hope Wy's husband suffers greatly if the allegations are indeed true.
