She's definitely maturing better than Winona Ryder, Cameron Diaz and Gwyneth Paltrow. Its funny you should say that, since IMHO she looks a lot like Gwyneth Paltrow in those Gucci ads.

That's what she said in an interview with a fashion magazine -- while digging into a big plate of bacon. And in the photos accompanying the article, she was wearing animal products galore, including a very large, very prominent leather belt.
I was pretty disgusted that somebody who was not just a vegan, but a really, really obnoxious vegan (anybody remember when she invited Entertainment Tonight along on a protest at a restaurant because they served lobster and she wanted to liberate the lobsters?) suddenly abandoned her so-called principles completely. I thought she was a giant hypocrite.

Meh. I'm not feeling the whole monochromatic look she has going in the ad. Hair color and skin tone should never match that closely. She does have lovely features, though.

I thought she was a giant hypocrite. I agree. I always imagine that her political convictions are like those of Lindsay from Arrested Development. I also recall that after she returned to eating animal products that she gave some interview ( InStyle maybe?) where she blathered about how much weight she lost when she started eating meat because all she ate as a vegan was potatoes and pasta. Um, I'm not vegan but I'm pretty sure that that's not the way you do it. All the vegans I know are very careful about what they eat and are really conscious about getting all the nutrients they need. It's not just a processed carbs festival!

Gwyneth is so much more unhappy-looking, especially with that dry, straw-like hair she's got. pathtaken, I totally agree. I could never quite put my finger on what I didn't like about Gucci, but you said it all.

Wow, I didn't know that she went back to eating meat and animal products in such a all consuming way. I'm a vegetarian and even if I ate meat again, knowing what you learn about the factory farming,I could never go back to what it was let alone amp it up like she is with the leather clothes and plates of bacon, etc. Lost some respect for her, that's for sure.

This may sound flighty, but people go through phases where you swear up and down to be something, then you turn around and become something else. As long as it's healthy and non-addictive with her, I'll give it a pass. I don't care - I love her, dammit!

I'm just amazed at how well she's aging, especially considering she smokes and she was living pretty hard for a while there.
But compare her to HRH Gwyneth - Gwynnie is only a few years older, but she looks way older than Drew. Drew must have some awesome genes on her side.
