Didn't see a thread for her. Post-Bundy, I've come to like her and was thus mildly saddened to read this: KaputThough I've always thought of her husband as the C-list version of Joaquin Phoenix (the B-list version being Billy Crudup). Anyone seen her in Sweet Charity?

Awww, that's sad. However, he always seemed like a jerk to me. This is based on nothing but his facial expressions.
I remember once on Punk'd they had some kid asking idiotic red carpet questions and mixing up stars to see what the reactions would be and when he started bugging her he was pretending like he was mixing her up with Christina Aguilara and she was very funny and sweet about it. She looked at him for a long time and then realized who he thought she was and she did something funny like kiss him on the forehead and was like "Bless you for thinking I'm her" and walked away. Jonathan just stood in the background looking bored.
I didn't see Sweet Charity but I saw her perform a song from it at the Tony's when it was televised. She did OK. She wasn't astounding but she was passable. I give her props for trying something new.

I haven't seen Sweet Charity, but I've always wondered why she looked so different when she stopped Married with Children...I almost didn't recognize her in Jesse. I can't put my finger on exact it is.

I don't know a thing about him, but he has always struck me as a massive tool for that very same reason. I don't know - I just could never shake the feeling that he is a lot like his character in That Thing You Do.
I also give her props for branching out and trying Broadway. It seems very few of the younger actors are willing to do this (probably because they don't actually have talent and wouldn't even make it to opening night).

You don't think celebs get surgery at 34? Really? They do and much younger. The skin is more elastic and the changes over the years are very gradual, so that people don't notice as much.

I was actually thinking of buying tickets to see Sweet Charity for a Xmas gift for someone. I'm just not sure about plunking down $300 if she isn't up to par in it.

I like her, especially how she's recreated herself in the post Kelly Bundy years. I thought she was the best thing about "The Sweetest Thing" and I like how she was totally willing to take the "Rhoda/second banana" role. She looks very cute in Sweet Charity and she broke her foot during previews and insisted on soldiering on like a trouper.
That said, I heard she did this really weird performance art thing at River Phoenix's memorial service. I don't remember the details but it creeped me out. Not nice to judge someone who was in mourning for a friend, I know, but that's why I post on these boards.

Performance art at a funeral? I'd like to know what that was about.
