Word. When I heard they'd gotten the cancer I was like, "Oh, that's good, I guess they caught it early." I didn't realize until I came to this thread she'd had a double mastectomy. That's awful and I agree it must be even harder while in an industry that only cares about your body. I wish her well.

Love this girl! Breasts are overrated and underused. I have such respect for her decision and I admire her. God Bless I hope she never has to hear the "C" word again. She's gorgeous!

I really admire her courage and her decision too. She is obviously more worried about her health than her vanity which is good to hear. I wish her all the very best.

I really cannot imagine facing a cancer diagnosis at 36 - and being brave and decisive enough to make the treatment decision she did. Christina Applegate has my complete and total respect.
