Selma Blair - I don't even know why. I just do.
Orlando Bloom - I just don't get it. I don't see anything remotely attractive about him.
Johnny Depp - Sure, he's ok looking but he seems like some a self righteous ass.

I hate Colin Farrell. He's an arrogant manwhore with no manners. I don't understand why he's hyped as a sexy It boy who can act. As far as I'm concerned his acting ability doesn't rise above Josh Hartnett level. And the sexy? He looks (and probably smells) like he's the type to get thrown out of the cheapest pubs and then pass out on the sidewalk, where he'll stay until one of his many pramfaced girlfriends comes to drag him away.

You say that like it's a bad thing. Heh. No, seriously, I don't get the whole Colin Farrell thing. He's just...meh. For me, he's not bad enough to be truly hateworthy, but I don't get the adoration either.

Robert Altman most. overrated. director. ever.
He's an absolute misanthrope, with particular disdain for women.
Might as well have a flahing sogn that says "symbolism" on screen. What would be a subtle touch from a better director is turns into full on wank.
Can't deliver a joke to save his life. The set up is always long and drawn out and he lingers on the slight punch line as if to say "See? See? Wasn't that funny?"
For all the credit he gets for ensambles, the characters are obvious, shrill and one dimensional.
I have no idea how he got so many critics shoved up his ass.

In my junior year of High School, I wrote a column for the school paper expressing my intense hatred for her. The column turned out to be pretty popular, so I'm glad we're not the only ones who share this hatred. Oprah needs to die and take her obsessed minions with her.
Julia Roberts - My hate really grew during her self-indulgent Oscar speech. I simply wanted to grab her Oscar and beat her with it - either that, or shove a peice of humble pie down her throat.
The following day, The Daily Show was commenting on Julia's speech and Jon said, "Unfortunately, Julia forgot to thank the Sun that shines only for her." So true.
Edited because spelling counts.

"Hot" Celebs Who Aren't: Josh Hartnett, Ben Affleck, Ashton Kutcher. I can never shake the notion that anytime I see them, they should have "DUH...?" written in large font floating over their heads.
Deeply Unfunny Comedians: Carrot Top, Gallagher, Adam Sandler, Tina Fey, Cheri Oteri, Will Farrell, Colin Quinn. Never laughed at them, never will.
Uncategorized: Johnny Depp, which is a sad thing for me to say considering I became a big fan of his immediately after Pirates of the Caribbean and Once Upon a Time in Mexico came out. I know he's offbeat and all, but I detect a faint whiff of pretentiousness in there as well. I don't hate him per se, but I now feel a distinct sense of unease whenever I see him onscreen.
Raging Hatred: Jim Carrey. He should go under "Deeply Unfunny Comedians," but he gets a category of his own. I can't even stand his "serious" performances (Spotless Mind, Truman Show) because he never lets go of the patented Jim Carrey Mannerisms long enough to become a real human character. Fork In The Eyes Hate.

Okay - my all-time, gut-wrenching, fist-clenching, growl-inducing celebrity hate:
Babs. La Barbra. Miss I'm-So-Famous-And-Important-I-Can-Just-Drop-Vowels-Out-My-Name-Willy-Nilly.
So. Much. Hate.
I cannot believe she hasn't spontaneously combusted within the raging fires of her own ego.
There. I feel better.

OK, I don't know whether this should be here or under Celebrity Schadenfreude, but I'm glad glad glad Jane Pauley's show got cancelled. And I can't say I really and truly hate her, not having actually watched much of her. But when they were plugging the hell out of her upcoming talk show, I would just get irrationally furious. She looked like a botoxed soccer mom. She had this half-open-mouth-I'm-so-fascinated look on her face. She was trying so hard to be "down to earth" and "Oprah Lite". As if the world was just panting to see her on TV again. And her dumb talk show - who needs it? If I need background noise, I'd rather put on the Food Channel or QVC. I'm glad her show is axed, it was just something to fill up the empty airwaves.

I can't let this thread grow too much without posting my hatred for one Ethan Hawke. He's pretentious, pointless, rat-faced and won't go away.

Or, apparently, take a friggin' shower. Dude has looked greasy, uncombed, unshaven (except when contractually required, as in Gattaca) and generally scuzzy since Cobain was still alive. I swear, he's still wearing the same t-shirt he put on in 1992, just covering it up with different jackets. :::shudder::: Also? Having a recognizable name that allows you to secure a publishing deal does not necessarily mean that you're a good writer.
