Depends on how much music you have, what apps you want, etc.
FWIW I have an iPod Touch 16GB, with several thousand songs (via iTunes and Spotify) on it, a few applications, and am using about 12.9 GB of storage. If you download music videos, TV shows, or movies on there it could use it up faster.

I think you only need a 32g iPhone if you're putting video on it. The 16g should be fine otherwise (for photos, podcasts and music.)

I'm trying to rip audio files (podcasts) from grooveshark into mp3 format so I can store them on my computer. I'm using AllMyMusic right now but it's terrible. It shuts down whenever my computer goes into sleep mode, so it's taking me forever. And the tracks aren't labelled as they get saved, meaning I have to do that manually, which is a huge time suck. And it records to mp3 format in real time, so I'm leaving my laptop on all day with headphones sticking out of it.
Does anyone have any solutions? Any programs that work better than AllMyMusic? It doesn't even have to convert files to mp3, although that would be better. I have an elderly MacBook.

I've been converting VHS to DVD and then uploading into my computer. I use DVD Fab. On the last upload, the sound and video are not syncing up. There may have been a DVD Fab update. The DVD that used to be VHS is fine. Any suggestions? Is there some box I'm not clicking?

OK, I've deleted all my organizational apps. My notes app turns out to be perfectly fine.

I need to replace the battery in my MacBook Pro. Is this something I can do myself with a battery from Amazon or do I need to go to the Apple store? I am purposely not googling because I know if I do I'll convince myself I can do it regardless of how feasible that is. If it makes a difference, I bought the laptop in mid-2009, it's no longer under warranty, and it doesn't appear to have any other problems.

It's just a matter of using a coin to unlock the old battery and then popping the new one in. Ta-da!
