The Law and Order stills photographer dishes some dirt. Spoiler Alert- Jerry Orbach was a doll:) Thank you so much for posting that article, it was a great read. I loathed Abby so much that I found Serena tolerable! Everyone else on Original Recipe I either loved or loved parts of, and it’s nice to know the actors and crew loved it the way we did. |

Connie, Claire, Paul and Jamie were my favorites. I loved Mike (both), Lennie, Ed, Kevin, and Lupo. Overall, I loved the first 4 seasons and the last cast of characters. Small voice- I really didn't like Jack. He always seemed to be shouting. Abby was just smug. Overall, I preferred the Order over the Law.  |

I actually loved Abby since she took no shit. Even though Angie is irritating. But my fave is definitely Connie. Always have loved Jack as well.
Lenny is always and forever my fave for his sarcasm. Logan my second fave, cause he too was sassy.

I also didn't realize that S. Epatha Merkerson had been fired, or if I had known it, I'd forgotten.
ETA: I love Grace and Frankie on its own merits, but in my mind, the character of Saul Bergstein is very much an AU version of Jack McCoy.

Link is giving me a 404 error. :-( I think this link works. Abby was OK but could be really self-righteous. my favorite team was Lennie and Ed - plus I love the stories of them singing on the set. I didn't know about firing S. Epatha either - now I'm kind of glad it didn't come back because it wouldn't be as good without her there. |

The discussion about Angie Harmon and Elizabeth Rohm and how not good they were got me thinking, and then I saw an old NCIS and wondered if anyone can explain why good shows cast horrible people and then keep them on for multiple seasons? Lauren Holly on NCIS was just bad.

Martin singing together must have been a blast, given that they are Broadway vets. I wonder what their favorite showtune duets were. Did not know about Merkerson.  |
