So, is it safe to assume Ellie was ok after her night on the town? I thought the phone call from Brass was foreshadowing for her eventual death, but it ended w/o letting us know for sure. Next week's ep seems to be based back in Vegas. I would think TPTB would make sure to rubber stamp our collective foreheads w/ the knowledge that Ellie was murdered in retaliation by one of that actor's friends.

Are any other CSI:vegas dorks in here extremely anxious about Quentin Tarantino directing the season finale like I am? He obviously is talented, but.....I dunno. I hope it isn't a complete trainwreck.

I'm not a big CSI fan, but I do like the Vegas version.
I was excited about Tarantino directing until I saw the promo that said one of the CSIs was going to be buried alive. So....I guess they brought QT on board so he can do "Kill Bill" again.

I guess they brought QT on board so he can do "Kill Bill" again. Ugh. I really, really hope not. I *hated* Kill Bill. But apparently, from the spoilers that I've read, there are bits in the season finale that are very similar to it. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, eh QT? If that's wrong, I don't want to be right. I love CSI: NY. I've decided that it's mostly from the convergence of Gary Sinise, Eddie Cahill and Carmine Giovinazzo. Because I love all of them. And I'm shallow. Oh, and I'm really looking forward to tonight's episode...Grissom and crazy people? Sign me up!

So no new ep tonight? I fucking hate these goddamed Presidential speeches. Why the fucking hell do they need to air on every channel on Thursday at 7PM.!?
Just once I want to see a network buck the trend and be rewarded with huge ratings. Because really, who gives a fucking shit about what Bush is going to say?

Did it not air in the US? It was a sucky episode anyway, IMO, if that's any consolation...

I posted just a tad too soon - we got it an hour later.
I still hate the Pres speech interuptions.

I thought it was an okay episode. At the very least I learned that a state mental facility is not someplace that I would like to work.

Then the CSIs have done their jobs.

While it was a pretty good episode, it didn't really live up to the high standards set by the previous two episodes.
And, unfortunately for me, next week looks to be Catherine-centric. Boooring.
But, man. I can't wait for the season finale. If it's 1/10th as creepy and dramatic as the spoilers suggest, I'll give Tarantino a little love.
