How old is Rory supposed to be in this? Has the show skipped only a few years or is it 2016? Because that would mean that she's in her 30's, right?
It's weird how I've never seen all of the episodes but still know who everyone is. I'm sure that Emily's story will be my favorite.

Lorelei had wanted another child, I am guessing that never happened?

It's been so long since I've seen the show but I when I watched the trailer I saw that Luke and Lorelei are together. Didn't they break up and she marry Christopher? I need to Google the show. She married Christopher on the rebound, but quickly realized it wasn't working and they split up. It was implied in the finale that Luke and Lorelai were going to get back together (where they belong imho!). I fear this will actually break Netflix over Thanksgiving weekend!

I can't wait to watch this, but...Lauren Graham's face is looking a little scary. She was *gorgeous* when the show started, and I know that was 16 years ago and she's now nearly 50, but she should have taken a hint from Kelly Bishop (who is still hot at 72) and not gone the excessive fillers/plastic surgery route.
I love that Richard's death is being addressed with respect but also with just a touch of humor. I'd like to think the great Edward Herrmann would want it that way.

It is going to be interesting seeing Lorelei approaching 50 and how she handles that.

Your wish is my command, pathtaken. I just finished. But watch the show...it's seriously 99.9% perfect. A few spots dragged, but I don't think they'll bother you if you watch it one episode at a time. And have some kleenex, you're going to need them. A lot of them. Edward Hermann pervades the whole thing; try not to cry, I dare you. SPOILERS BELOWSpoiler Technically, it's three words. One of them is a contraction.
"Mom, I'm pregnant." Said by Rory. Logan is probably the Daddy (Rory did have a one night stand with a guy at a SciFi convention, so that's also a possibility), though it's pretty obviously setting up a Christopher/Luke situation, where Logan is the father, but Jess is end game. Season 2, here we come.

I've only watched the Winter episode, but of course I looked at the spoiler! I'm not surprised by it. So GG is going to continue on after this on netflix? I thought it was a one time deal?

It's not confirmed but I would be really surprised if they didn't. There's a lot of closure, but also still room for at least one more season.

Lauren Graham needs to lay off the fillers. On a completely shallow note I loved the dress Rory wore to the funeral, she looked lovely and lastly, Holy crap Jason! They really weren't kidding when they said they were reuniting everyone.
