I just finished season 4. It was wonderful, and I can’t say anything more for fear of spoiling it for people.

I LOVED the series when it first aired. It made me a Kristen Bell fan. I was deeply disappointed when the show ended, but didn't follow it when it got its revival. Unpopular opinion coming--I hate Logan. I hate that Veronica chose him. I hate that she forgave him. I didn't and still don't give a fuck about his pain. He was so irredeemably hateful and cruel, I cannot even fathom how the show allowed them to become a romantic coupling. It was vile to witness. I didn't see the chemistry between them. At all. Ever. Just hatred and cruelty from a spoiled, rich bully. I believe they're married in the new iteration or at least still together, and I cannot abide it. It is one of the most disappointing and baffling story turns in my tv viewing history. So, Babycakes that means you'll be watching the new season?

I'll never accept the Veronica/Logan match (I refuse to use the LoVe portmanteau ), but if the show is entertaining, and has a good mystery at its heart, I can just FF thru their scenes, and enjoy the rest. I do miss her friendships with her squad of misfits, and her relationship with her dad.

I've just started watching Veronica Mars and am half way through the first season and something is REALLY bugging me and can't find answers anywhere, so I'm turning to this site! I watched the episode where she gets a voicemail from her mother, and then there's nothing about it for at least the next three episodes! Is that ever explained? I can't imagine she wouldn't check her messages on her phone. Does anyone even remember what I'm talking about since this probably aired 10 years ago.

Her mom does come into play later, so just keep going! I've mostly watched the new season, though I fell asleep during the last 1.5 episodes or so (because it was late and I was tired rather than the show). But I basically know what happens. I get why they did the "twist" - it's noir, there's no happy endings in noir. But I'm not sure how I like how it came about, and it sounds like if they are going to continue the show, it will be an anthology in a new setting each time, which means we lose all the mythology around Neptune, and I'm not sure how I feel about that. Overall it was enjoyable, but while I enjoy the banter between Veronica and Keith, they really could have reduced it by about 40% and allowed them to have more than one normal conversation. Just...more normal conversations (I liked her fight with Weevil - it was painful, but good). Fun to see Trae Crowder, but man, did they give him mountains of exposition to deliver.

Leann comes up quite a bit so stick with it. Did you see the scene with her and Leo? Hooo boy. I think I got pregnant watching that.
