I don't remember which EP that was either, semicolon - but it reminds me of that CSI EP that Tarantino directed (I don't normally watch CSI, but I watched it because I was curious about that). That Nick (?) guy was buried alive with a camera on him too - and then he got attacked by really nasty ants. Argh!!! That made my skin crawl.

I don't think that was The X-Files, I watched it for years and I don't remember an episode like that. Which is weird because you'd think they would do something like that.

The first episode of Millennium had a similar theme, but it was a guy and no camera. And Buffy, of course, when she died.
