I am one of the few who watched every episode of this show from the first to the last.
While the ending didn't make much logical sense, on an emotion level, it made me far happier than most series' endings. I like the idea of House actually sacrificing for Wilson and them riding off into the sunset together.
Also, RSL looks far better with a bit of stubble! Rowr! Makes him look like less of a man-boy.

I like the idea of House actually sacrificing for Wilson and them riding off into the sunset together. I watched it last night and that's how I feel too. House and Wilson's was always my favorite relationship on the show. And I don't even mean in a HoYay way! Though I'll always remember that "wedding proposal". Loved seeing Amber, Kutner and Stacy again. And loved the bit with Foreman and House's ID at the end. Not sure whether the picture for Cameron and the ball for Chase were also clues or just reminders, though.

The logic/timeline does not hold up at all, but I liked the ending. Finally House does something unselfish, for the right person.
I think Foreman is the only other person who knew what actually happened.

I loathe Sela Ward so I was not so happy to see her again, though logically I understand why she was there. I just wonder what the hell happened with Lisa Edelstein that she wouldn't even come back for the finale. If House was having hallucinations of all those people I thought for sure Cuddy would be one of them.

Cuddy's absence was strange.

No matter what House threw at Foreman, Foreman would always throw it back.
