While the movie Reality Bites really sucked, the soundtrack is one of my favorites. "All I Want Is You" is probably one of the most beautiful, haunting U2 songs I've ever heard. Great stuff on there all around.

I'm not sure quite where this goes since I don't post in the music forum much, but I just saw a show on VH1 about the making of Def Leppard's Hysteria, and...
It was fucking awesome! God I loved that band so much! The songs all kicked so much ass! I want to, like, become a stripper just so I can pole dance to "Pour Some Sugar on Me." Now I want to find their concert video for that tour somewhere.

I just popped Del Amitri's "Change Everything," which I hadn't listened to in quite some time, into the CD player. One of the best pop albums -- maybe one of the best albums -- I've ever heard.

I must put one of their Greatest Hits CDs onto my Christmas list, because it just NEEDS to be in my collection. Love that song, love a lot of their other stuff too.

This is from nearly a year ago, but...
Mr. Pancake, it's about Shawn Colvin's divorce.
I thought of a couple more:
In My Tribe - 10,000 Maniacs Fever - Kylie Minogue Fumbling Towards Ecstacy - Sarah McLachlan The Fairie Round - Shelley Phillips
