I really like Sarah Harmer's You were Here. I play it all the time and have gotten my roommate hooked on it. He keeps stealing it, bastard. Heh.

I love that too! I have her new one and I haven't been able to get into it yet. That line about the bleach in the sink or hall and Sarah's lungs hurting is in my head right now.
Currently I'm listening to Tori Amos' greatest hits and Charlotte Martin's On Your Shore. She is a Kate Bush rip off but I like her.

I constantly go back on forth on which is my favorite Beatles album, but I think I've settled on Abbey Road. It's a beautiful, completely solid album: every song has a right to be on there. There's the fun, quirky stuff like Maxwell's Silver Hammer and then really lovely songs, such as Here Comes the Sun. And it all flows together so well. I remembering hearing someone say listening to Abbey Road altogether all at once is an amazing experience, and it is.

I am way boring at this point. I usually listen to the radio and don't buy that many albums. Among my favorites are
What's the Story, Morning Glory? by Oasis Angel Dust by Faith No More Dresden Dolls (self-titled) American Idiot by Green Day.
I also love parts of Psalm 69 by Ministry and Noel Gallagher's collaborations with the Chemical Brothers, though generally not loving it all.
And lately, I have been rediscovering my love for all things Pearl Jam. Yes, Pearl Jam. I didn't like them that much during the grunge era and stopped listening to them and then saw them live. I gave them another chance and I am hooked. I do respect them more than most of the bands from that era because they make albums and tour and are politically interested even after the fame fades. My favorite is Yield and Vitalogy
