Nedsdag, thanks for the heads up on The Enemy & Pigeon Detectives. I love the Enemy. You're my resource for good British music. You're very welcome. I like the Editors as well. If I see any other U.K. groups out there I'll most certainly mention them.

Oh wow, I am about to die of excitement over this album. Maximo Park covering JT, Kylie covering Roxy Music, McFly covering the Jam! The Kooks covering Ace of Base! Although the thought of the View doing "Don't Look Back Into the Sun" makes me want to throw up a bit.... a lot of it sounds really cool. It's supposedly out in October, but I hope it leaks before then.

If I hear one more Lily Allen/Kate Nash/Adele-type singer, I'm gonna stab someone. I actually liked Kate Nash for awhile, but now I just can't stomach her. Can someone fresh release something, please?

I can recommend The Library Trust. I've got their CD 'The A - Z of Mathematics'. It's very slow and relaxed, so it's not for anyone looking for a louder sound, but I like it.

Are the Hoosiers still relevant?
I haven't checked Amazon.co.uk for a while so I don't know what's current these days.

I watched a rerun of the EMAs last week. Can any of you tell me about Mika(he's like the Scissor Sisters right?) and Bat for Lashes(?). I liked the band that performed while a city was rising onstage but I forgot their name.

I love the Kate Nash and Adele albums, especially Adele's. Chasing Pavements is one of the best songs I've ever heard.

Did anybody watch the live streaming ceremony/eulogies for Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead? He died 12/28 and there was a live-stream from L.A. Many hard rock and heavy metal people said the nicest things about him...Rob Halford from Judas Priest, Scott Ian from Anthrax. Dave Grohl was the last person and he broke my heart. He had gotten an autographed picture of Little Richard (Lemmy was a big fan) but Lemmy died before Dave could give it to him. It's still on youtube.
