I've heard of mashups, but have had a heck of a time trying to find them.

I second the question--where does one find mash-ups?

One of my all-time favorites for running is Sir Paul and Wings' classic Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five. Also, Genesis and Foo Fighters keep me going long enough to burn some fat.

When I workout, I still love that "No Limit" (I think that's what it's called) song by 2 Unlimited.
I still love those Jock Jams CDs.

Do you ever listen to mash ups? There are some great combinations out there (Dirrty with Jet's Be My Girl, Prince and Britney) that will really help you move. I think it was a joke, but I heard a mash-up of "In Da Club" by 50 Cent and the Benny Hill theme.

My workout mix: Waterloo- Abba We Will Rock You- Queen Bizarre Love Triangle- New Order Dirty Little Thing- Velvet Revolver Holiday- Green Day Helter Skelter- The Beatles Paint It Black- The Rolling Stones Time Warp- Rocky Horror Lifestyles of the Rich and the Famous- Good Charlotte Another Brick in the Wall (part 2)- Pink Floyd These Boots Were Made for Walking- Nancy Sinatra Rock and Roll All Night- Kiss Hollaback Girl- Gwen Stefani (I hate it, I really do, but it is very easy to do reps to: this shit is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S) When I put it on random play, I can just go to town. ETA: I'm going to have to add Groove is in the Heart to the mix, 'cause I love that song. Also, I just relaized that Sir Mix Alot would be a good addition: "I like big butts and I cannot lie...." ;D

Noone's mentioned "Call On Me" by Eric Prydz yet? For shame! Perfect workout song (or so says the video).

I've just heard "Hey Now Now" by The Cloud Room and will be adding that to my workout iPod. It also contains Deep Dish (the standout track is "Sushi"), lots of stuff by Weezer, the Pixies, and Ash. Yeah, I like my workout music loud and fast.

Whoa...Goggle. You and I must be kindred spirits. I am one obsessed "Call On Me" fan. One word for that song/video and that is classy. You know it.
