Rhianna's Pon de Replay and Roisin Murphy's Ramalama are my two absolute favorite songs to work out to. I can go for extra time on the exercise bike if I've got those songs to listen to and they really help get the intensity up, as well. Or, sometimes I just dance to them and get a pretty good workout that way. Considering I'm the complete opposite of Margo and hate working out, I need whatever motivation I can get!

I'm scared; JTalia and I have almost the exact, same iPod playlist!
Right now, one of my favorites to crank is The Faint's "Your Retro Career Melted." If THAT don't getcha all euphorically sweaty, then I don't know what will!

Check, check and check. However, I have WAY more JC Chasez on my list than you do. Oh, man. I may need to retitle my workout playlists "Self-Loathing" instead of "Teen Poo"!

Wow, we have really similar taste. I know, I'm ashamed of it, too! At least we're not alone! By the way, do you recommend any other songs that I might not have listed?

Work out music!
I like a good beat. Something that gets me going and ready to bop around. And keeps me on the elliptical longer, because when I'm not listening to music I'm on and off the thing in 5 minutes.
My workout music/reason I don't let other people look at my iPod:
Garbage - Hammering in My Head Garbage - Push It Bush - Machinehead Metric - Dead Disco Death From Above 1979 - Blood On Our Hands Hot Hot Heat - Talk to Me, Dance With Me Hot Little Rocket - Johnny Come Lately k-os - Crabbuckit k-os - flyPaper k-os - B-Boy Stance k-os - Neutroniks Leonard Cohen - Everybody Knows The Tragically Hip - Poets The Tragically Hip - Grace, Too (I usually start or end with this one. It's a good cool down/warm up song) The Tragically Hip - At the Hundredth Meridian The Tragically Hip - 50 Mission Cap Outkast - Roses K'naan - Soobax Joel Plaskett Emergency - True Patriot Love The Go! Team - The Power is On! Nelly Furtado - Powerless (Say What You Want) Panic! At the Disco - Time to Dance Panic! At the Disco - I Write Sins, Not Tragedies Fall Out Boy - Dance Dance Great Big Sea - Mari Mac Great Big Sea - It's the End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine) Great Big Sea - The Night Paddy Murphy Died The Most Serene Republic - Proposition 61 The Most Serene Republic - You're a loose cannon McArthur, but you get the job done Gordon Downie - Christmastime in Toronto Gordon Downie - Pascal's Submarine Gordon Downie - Canada Geese Buck 65 - Kennedy Killed the Hat Buck 65 - Wicked and Weird Buck 65 - Sex, Cinema, Politique Buck 65 - Devil's Eyes I Mother Earth - One More Astronaut
It felt good to get that out. Less ashamed now. I love Panic! At the Disco, and I am NOT backing down.
