Yeah, like you don't practice that speech every morning in the mirror. So I googled and Nicolette Sheridan was Lucky Santangelo in the TV movies? Really?! Okay, I found the awesomely cheesy opening credits on YouTube. Bad Movie Night material for sure!

She rocked the role of Lucky. Or at least I thought so when I was twelve. Just looking at the credits made me nostalgic! I'd love to watch Lucky Chances again.

Aha! Valley of the Dolls was on tv when I woke up this morning. Damn, I forgot how hysterical the Neely O'Hara loses her shit scenes are. And how absolutely beautiful Sharon Tate was. And how much I want Anne's house and clothes.

OMGWTF. Maggie just caught Robin getting a blowjob from some other broad, so she grabbed a can of lighter fluid from the medicine cabinet (!) and a book of matches and set the bed on fire. YES.

I'm onto TLM now as well and just read that very part! Awesome!
I don't read chick lit but have seen a couple chick-lit adaptations - how come broads today never do anything cool and bad-ass like that anymore?
That said, I kinda want to break the rules of time, space & reality and give every Susann protagonist a copy of "He's Just Not that Into You" because, seriously, girls.
Ugh, I hate Anne's filmic VOTD wardrobe - way too much brown and beige. But there are some awesome outfits in it. And it's the only thing I've seen Sharon Tate in and, wow, she was so so beautiful. And can't really act so is aptly cast as the girl with no talent but her body.
