Oh, thank God. I thought I was the only person on Earth who hated Breakfast at Tiffany's. I didn't like any of the characters at all.

Goodfellas. I had to watch it three times because I kept falling asleep. All the LotR movies. Fell asleep (in the theater!) during the first one and had no desire to see the rest. I just didn't get the hype. American Beauty. Just ugh.

I second American Beauty. Did not get the hype at all.

The Big Lebowski, anyone? Most of my friends are completely gaga over this movie, and I just don't get it. Sure, it's got some good lines, but the story doesn't have a lick of cohesiveness and it just goes on, and on, and on. Actually, I feel that way about all the Coen brothers films I've seen. Fargo, in particular, put me to sleep.

The Sound of Music- I love Julie Andrews something fierce but I cannot make it through this film. Whenever Maria shows singing how the hills are alive with the sound of music I just throw my arms in the air and shriek, "I CAN'T TAKE THIS CRAP!"
American Beauty- I like many of the actors in this and I cannot for the life of figure out why they did this cliche ridden movie (The school slut is really a virgin! The homophobe is closeted!).
Godfather III- Talk about killing the momentum! Whose genius idea was it to cast Sophia Coppola as Mary? God I think Winona would have been better and that's saying something!

Chicago. Everyone I know described it as the feel good film of 2002, but I found it to be painfully hokey and overdone.

Casablanca. Ingrid Bergman looks lovely and Humphrey Bogart has charisma. But the story is so cliched, it's like every romance movie cliche you've seen a hundred times all packed together into one movie. I just plain don't like it. I never got into Casablanca, either. I like Bergman and Bogart individually and enjoyed the non-romance aspects of the movie (especially the Claude Rains character), but just don't buy it as the greatest romance of all time. And I'm usually a sap for a romantic movie.

I thought Psycho was boring as hell when I finally saw it, I didn't find it scary or thrilling at all. The music was cool but everything else was a big ol' meh.

Slumdog Millionaire. The two leads were just so boring and after hearing everyone say that it was the "feel-good film of the decade!" I was surprised at how depressing I found it. I agree. I saw it and thought, "This won best picture?" It was okay, but not the best picture. Lost In Translation. is IMO one of the worst movies of the last decade.

I was the only little girl I knew who did not like The Princess Bride.
I admit I haven't seen it since I was a kid. But the rats freaked me out.
