When I was younger I loved Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, but never understood what was so funny, about "69, dude!" or why they would just randomly pick that number. Then, one day several years later I was watching that movie and had SUCH a "duh" moment.

The last time I watched The Jerk, I had a couple of ISJGT moments in terms of racism. Like, I never got that "This music just SPEAKS to me" was the most un-black music ever. Or the "I fixed you your favorite dinner: "a tuna sammich, a coupla Twinkies and a Tab!" was, like, the whitest possible meal.

I've watched Titanic countless times but this went over my head until just recently. When the obnoxious crew member working with Bill Paxton is loudly insisting that the elderly Rose is an imposter, he says something like, "You know... Like that Russian chick, Anesthesia!" I never picked it up before.

Anyone remember Murder by Death? The chauffeur to the Poirot-type character was played by a very young James Cromwell, aka Farmer Hogget (sp?). I was watching MbD for the umpteenth time thinking... who is that guy?
