I'm obviously in the minority, but I hated this movie. I thought it was too long and extremely boring. I actually told my son after that I won't be going to any more Avengers movies. I just find them dumb and farfetched.

I just find them dumb and farfetched. I'm right there with you. I actually walked out of this one 90mins in cause I was so bored and afraid if I kept rolling my eyes they'd fall out of my head. I guess some interesting stuff happened in the back half of the movie but I just reached a point where I gave up caring about everything g and everyone on screen. There was nothing they could show that would salvage the first half so I decided I'd rather go home and sleep. My biggest takeaway was that the Marvel villains are so useless that they had to contrive scenarios to have the heroes fight each other.

I just find them dumb and farfetched. I guess this could be said for most movies. I think it is just pure escapism. I try not to over think it. But you make a good point, most of these movies are too long.

It's crossed $1B worldwide. That's impressive and puts it up there with Jurassic World, but way behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens. To compare, Batfleck vs. Superman has stalled out at $830M.

I really liked it - and Captain America is like my second to last favorite Avenger. It was an impressive balance of a billionty characters, explosions, and an actually coherent plot.
