I was entertained. Might even have to catch a matinee so I can see Channing dance to Pony on the big screen again... got damn! I've never crushed on him before this movie and have always seen that he has a great body, but he really sucked me in with this movie. Boy is fine. And hoo boy, what a fantastic way to start the movie off--his ass is fantastic. I actually think the theater I was in was stunned into silence when his ass appeared. Amen. That Pony scene was worth the price of admission alone. |

I'm shamelessly buying this on DVD. Used, on amazon, but buying it nonetheless. I can fast forward to Channing's dances.

They should just make a "Best of" DVD with nothing but the dance scenes. Oh, and the software to transpose my face over top of Sourface Brooke.

Her face in the club was just absurd. It didn't even move! I could she if she were scowling, and then grimacing...but it was just frozen, like they just kept looping her one and only expression. Where's my media mogul daddy? I'm sick of getting the short end of the stick! I can emote more than half these broads working!

Just saw this and enjoyed it. I think that my thoughts mirror everyone else's.
It was a lot darker than I thought it would be, and dayum can Channing Tatum move! Yowsa! The lead female sucked donkey balls; it's been awhile since I've seen that bad of an acting job in a main stream film. I think the film could have been good not just decent if she had been better.
Olivia Munn was actually pretty good, and so was Tatum - neither of whom I've ever considered any good. MM was great as was the supporting male cast. Could have looked at Manganiello naked more though. Adam was meh looking; nice body though. And yeah, more Bomer please.

This movie ruined Bomer for me. He looks so wee in comparison to the other men in the movie that I just can't take him seriously any longer.
This is the movie that made me fully get the Tatum "It" factor.

I thought Pettyfer looked smaller than Bomer. Not that there was nearly enough Bomer for me to be able to properly tell. Nor enough Mangianello.
