Agreed. She is too damn skinny. Wonder Woman needs to fill out her costume in all the right places, not be be a damn stick. She has the personality judging by F&F. But homegirl needs to build lots of muscle. Then again, Michelle Pfeiffer hit it out of the park as Catwoman and she is also very thin. I thought Gina Carano would be a perfect WW. Based on Fast and Furious Six, Gina cannot act to save her life. Gal Gadot is Cate Blanchett compared to her.

I'll take movie casting mistakes for $1,000, Alex.
Famke Janssen, Gina Torres, half the woman walking around in a cape at Cmicon
Who are actresses that make a better Wonder Woman than the chick they cast?
Correct.

I am going to say - wildly uneven. We have an hour left and at this point, just want it to get to the good stuff and get done. The special effects are fantastic, I will give them that. And I like Cavill. I think that he could have done more if given. As a fan of Superman 2, I liked the idea of Zod and his bunch being re-imagined. And the girl criminal was badass.
But - and it pains me to say this - he and Amy Adams did not fit. And I LOVE Amy Adams, I think she is beautiful and talented. But she is 39 and one of the things that I like about her is that she looks 39. Clark is supposed to be 23 here, and I hate saying this because how many times have we seen the opposite in casting with the male being older? But I don't think that they are a good fit.
The story sucked - rampant deus ex machina. It is a hodge podge of other superhero/sci-fi - some better and some worse (good God, if you are going to borrow, make sure the source is worthy of stealing from).
And they did Jonathan Kent a disservice by totally changing his character - and not for the better. All of the actors did very well with what they had to work with, especially Crowe.
ETA: I might change my mind on Adams and Cavill - the scene in the museum was touching.

Jesse Eisenberg is Lex Luthor & Jeremy Irons is Alfred. Ben is probably happy since he's no longer the wtf were they thinking casting choice.

I'm starting to think this is going to be a disaster of Ishtar proportions. They just keep ramping up the tragicness of this mess.

Can Irons do loyal/loving servant? I can only imagine Irons as Scar or those twins in Dead Ringers. You are right witchie, Ben is looking great for Batman.

I actually don't... totally hate the Eisenberg casting? I mean, I don't know that I love it, and certainly not enough to make me think this is going to be anything other than a massive clusterfuck. But it's the first new casting decision I'm even remotely curious about seeing.

I just keep pitching Eisenberg doing a smarmy, smug Lex, i.e. a bald version of Facebook guy. You know that one that thinks/knows he's the smartest one in the room, and when threatened, or angered goes from normal tone, to LOUD VOICE!! to show you how crazy he is. I don't want that. Heath Ledger changed the game when it came to playing villains. I don't know who I'd want to see in such an iconic role. Hell, go did up what's his nuts from Smallville. At least he was kinda sexy. Eisenberg is one step away from Micheal Cera for me.

Corey Stoll would've been good too. This movie is going to be a joke.

I'm worried that Eisenberg will just play him as a cocky asshole like he did as Zuckerberg. I don't think Jeremy Irons is good casting either as Alfred, unless nu-Alfred has secretly teamed up with Luthor to murder Batman.
