I really like Cumberbatch's acting and he is supposed to be great in "Power of the Dog", so bummer that he falls into the usual Oscar campaign clichés...
On the question of women admitting to Method: Lady Gaga has been going around telling everyone and their brother that she stayed in character for "House of Gucci". And of course you had Jared Leto around that set. Meanwhile, Adam Driver is like "nope, I don't do that stuff" LOL. Must not want that Oscar bad enough.
