Ressler is hot. And James Spader can do no wrong. Damn did they kill off a number of characters the other night. This is the only network TV show I have to watch every week. Glad to see some fans here too.

What is up with the glasses? I find them annoying too. Maybe it's some subtle design that makes them weird on his face (they're perfectly fine on their own). Tom's always been f*cking squirrelly, even when I thought he was a good guy he skeeved me out a little. I'm really glad the adoption thing was abandoned.

Actor Ryan Eggold (Tom), played high school English teacher Ryan Matthews on the rebooted, but now canceled 90210. I used to watch that show every week. He's much cuter on The Blacklist, but the glasses must go.

Argh, not enough Kessler in this episode.
The episode was little far fetched. A high school kid steals this highly classified project because of a girl he likes? Yeah. I'm on the boat that since kids nowadays grow up with computers, it's basically second nature to them and are completely adept at it. Yet, I don't believe the high school kid Ivan would be better than the adult Ivan with the things he was doing.
And my pet peeve, you mean to tell me, Lizzie didn't recognize the back of her husband as he ran away from her? I know he knocked her down, but at the distance she was at, I'm really surprised she didn't recognize him from behind. At least now, she knows that her husband is evil.

I look forward to seeing Kessler. His voice. *melts* I thought the Ivan storyline was a bit crazy too for the same reason you mentioned. I'm curious to see where this Tom reveal goes. So far it seems like Lizzie is going to pretend that she doesn't know. I'm not sure how long this will last.

Oh, you guys mean Ressler. I thought you were starting a new shipper name for Liz Keen & Donald Ressler.
I did a double take when I realized what the real story was with the kid. Puhleeze! Creepy. Totally creepy.
Still wondering at the game the writers are playing with Liz's paternity. Knowing the truth won't hurt the premise of the show. I'll still watch it.

Yeah, I'm not even that interested in the dad story line anymore. This is a 'seasoned' FBI agent who described her hubby to a T but didn't connect the dots till she found a goofy toy in a garbage can? This is after finding a super suspect go bag, finding hubby STABBED and later interrogated by your black ops site? Good grief. Just shoot Tom & move on.
The computer story line was odd & felt like a coupla movie plots cobbled together, but I'm looking forward to next week with Tom and his ultra creepy "Hey hon, you OK?" Stop asking! You're WEIRD, Tom! You've always been weird!

You're WEIRD, Tom! You've always been weird! Yeah, I did a massive eyeroll. They've dumbed her down considerably. She's a profiler and can't pick up that Tom is shady as hell. Well, okay. And investigating on her own? Knowing Jolene was possibly sent by the people who were watching them? WTH, Liz? What.the.hell? I understand she loves her husband, but there's been plenty of hinky stuff going on with Tom to raise her suspicions. I want them to expose him and move on because that particular story arc is annoying me as much as "who's your daddy?".

I don't even know why I typed Kessler, I know that his name is Ressler, heck even my previous posts call him Ressler. Maybe my subconscious secretly likes Keen + Ressler and came up with a new shipper name all on its own? NOOOOOO!

I have a question for people who are more observant than me: One of the things Liz said to Red at the end when she had her big realization was "You spent days building that damn thing," what "thing" is she talking about?
