Dakota said that wasn't her ass. It was a double. No word on whether those were her ribs or not.

Bad movies make money all the time, so no bones about that, but lord, as if EL James' needs more validation of her shitty writing. Link

Holy cow.
Um... yay for a female director making bank? That's the only silver lining I got.

Shit. Oh well, I guess if Michael Bay's messes can rake in the bucks, so can this mess.
My silver lining is that now that studios know that the horny woman market is a rainmaker, they'll start buying the rights to erotic literature that is actually good.
And yeah, as if EL James needed something to make her ego even bigger. Maybe the vast majority of the reviews (both critics and viewers) being scathing will take her down a few pegs.

Yeah. As creepy as the 50 Shades director is, yay female directors doing good at the BO.

This is an interesting article about the real fetish of 50 Shades of Grey: Unlimited upper-class living. The Sly Capitalist Seduction Of “Fifty Shades Of Grey”And yes, they are aware that this is just book one in a series of three, but they don't mention it until the end. It is an interesting read to consider the film and what is says as a stand alone work in terms of class and wealth.

I was wondering what was the big change in the ending compared to the books? From what I have read, it is the same shit where Ana is horrified at exactly how far he wants to go and runs out his place. From the spoilers I have read, sounds like the same thing happens here.
