Yeah, Diane Lane would have been great and looks a lot like an older version of Mandy.
I'm enjoying this show and will definitely stay with it. There's almost an old-school charme about it. Toby is the worst though, way too pushy in his "I'm going to change you, be grateful" attempts.

The Randall/William story is keeping me with the show. Sterling K. Brown is amazing Their last scene this last episode was so amazing. "You're doing everything right, son." Sniff, sniff... And, then, just to turn my tears to laughter "Is that The Manny? I love him! I'm going to get my autograph book."

The Randall/William story is keeping me with the show. Sterling K. Brown is amazing Their last scene this last episode was so amazing. "You're doing everything right, son." Sniff, sniff... And, then, just to turn my tears to laughter "Is that The Manny? I love him! I'm going to get my autograph book." I appreciated all the insight into Kevin's family role. He's the peacemaker get along kid who is just well behaved and happy enough that it makes him invisible because the other kids have 'obvious' things to be worried about. I did the simultaneous want to cry but I just snorted a laugh when he was yelling at his parents that 'he almost drowned and they weren't there because they were too busy making sure Katie didn't eat too much and Randall wasn't too...adopted!' That little boy is perfect as Little Kevin. The Randall and William story is the standout for me so far, but I'm starting to see enough other threads that I'm really into the whole show.

Kleenex needs to thank This Is Us for the increase in frequency of my purchases.

Kevin's talk to his nieces last night about how when people die they're not really gone was probably the ugliest cry I've had with this show to date. It was perfect.

I think I would like to see, and maybe we will see, the older generations, and how Mandy and Milo grew up.
Was that a flash forward with Randall and the hat and the box?
