James Cameron's been married 5 times. He doesn't know much about being around happy women.
(And yeah, when someone has been married that many times, I'd say they are the problem.)

He also married the actress who portrayed his most famous female character, suggesting he might have found some of the characteristics he's so critical of in Wonder Woman, in her.
I love Sarah Connor, but she is also bat shit crazy and forgive me for enjoying a character who isn't nuts and also isn't made relevant to the plot via her uterus. Be quiet, James Cameron.

Awesome. Good for her! Hopefully one day it becomes a thing where we see a woman's name and it is just highest paid DIRECTOR of all time. No female descriptor needed.

Well, on the 70's TV show (if I'm remembering right), they jumped ahead in time and Steve Trevor was now Steve Trevor's grandson- but played by the same actor. So if Chris Pine Steve Trevor had a secret baby he just didn't mention to WW- it could be his grandson... Or he's a cyborg designed to tap into WW's one true weakness and destroy her.

Patty Jenkins just tweeted this! WHAAAAAA?! HOWWWWWW?! (the sequel is set in the 1980s) Yeah, there better be a darn good explanation for this. I enjoyed Chris Pine a lot in the first movie, but I don't want them to bring him back just because they like him so much and the reasons are lame. Gal Gadot also tweeted out this image. I recognize "Dallas", "Vacation" and "Top Gun" on the monitors. This movie is going to have so much '80s goodness (like, dig the clothes on the people in the shot with Steve).

I was ridiculously excited to see Chris Pine but I don't want him to be a grandson, that's lame.

I really hope he's the result of someone messing with Diana (which may also explain why Diana is still hung up on Steve 100 years after his death in Justice League - though I also kinda wish that the WW movies just pretend the other DCEU movies don't exist as they don't seem to serve her well - it's hard to let go when he keeps haunting her).
Some people have suggested that maybe this is just a hallucination/dream sequence and Steve isn't really back, but you'd think Diana would dream/hallucinate him as she knew him - in WWI-era clothing. Here the Member's Only jacket, digital watch and those Nikes all scream "80s" making it more likely he is real and not a dream.
