I watched A Christmas Prince 3 last night. Verdict: Not as good as the first, way better than #2. Maybe they'll pull a Reverse Star Trek: only odd numbered movies are good. Related: posted to Netflix Twitter this week.

I watched Christmas Inheritance on Netflix last night. It's the perfect stereotypical Christmas movie: small town good, big city bad. Rich handsome boyfriend evil (and mean to homeless people!), poor handsome boyfriend perfect. Party girl who isn't a bad person, just is kind of oblivious, finds love and the true meaning of Christmas (their words, not mine). Pretty scenery, over the top decorations, cookies and hot chocolate are EVERYWHERE.
It's cute. I liked it.

Started Snowed Inn Christmas on Amazon prime. So far, cute and sweet enough to counteract the cheesiness. Plus, I love a cozy snowed-in plotline. Recommended!

What happened to the old "You'll Shoot Your Eye Out" thread? Was it closed?

I hated Knight Before Christmas. Obviously you have to suspend disbelief when you watch these things, but I hate when they make it completely ridiculous. This is a time travel one, so it's going to be unrealistic to begin with, but even if I'm willing to accept a Knight would time travel to the present day, wouldn't he at least be somewhat surprised by modern life? He just accepts that cars are a different type of horse? Really? And the woman just lets this guy that has at a minimum suffered a serious head injury drive off in her car when it's pretty obvious that he has no idea what he's doing? What if he'd run over someone?! Would it have been less amusing (FYI it wasn't amusing at all) for her to watch him fumble with the car and then deadpan that she's calling him an Uber?

Plus, I love a cozy snowed-in plotline. Recommended! Ah, the snowed-in plotline! It figured enormously in the epic saga that was my parents' divorce. Funny how being snowed in with someone for two weeks (I'm looking at you Blizzard of '78!) can make or break a marriage.

Canceled my Hallmark subscription due to their pulling ad featuring a LGBTQ couple. I only half-watched them anyway while cleaning or doing other stuff.
