Maybe she can make a comeback as a Lifetime villian?

I can't see Hallmark taking her back now. As an occasional-yet-increasingly-uncomfortable watcher of Hallmark (I know, I know), you'd be surprised. Despite recently featuring a lesbian wedding (for two seconds, along with a hilarious crowd of "guests" who were very obviously plastic mannequins) in a recent movie, their target audience is still very much white evangelicals. And those people love a good redemption story. Stories featuring PoC, LGBTQ characters, or women who live for something other than finding a man, not so much. All she needs to do is cry and talk about Jesus and they'll welcome her back.

I watched a couple of clips of Olivia Jade after this scandal broke and I want to sue for the brain cells I lost. I think I’d be embarrassed I’d raised such a vapid human if I were LL.

Did I hear correctly that Lori wants to make sure her and her husband’s sentences don’t overlap because she wants to make sure one parent is there for the kids? So...had this never happened and her daughter(s) got into college, was she she going to ask that they live at home so she and her husband could be there for them? Her kids are adults, more or less. They don’t need an adult there. Well, based on what I’ve read about them, maybe they do.

That type of accommodation is meant for parents with minor children at home and nobody else to take care of them while they are in prison. The Loughlin daughters are 21 and 23 as of next month. Last I heard, Olivia Jade was living with her boyfriend. I hope the judge tells them off.

Girl Please, that girl takes after her mother - vapid is a family trait. Frankly I'm disappointed that Lori only got 2 months, it doesn't seem fair when Felicity got 1 month. To me what Lori did was way more deceptive plus there's the fact that she dragged it out this long.

it doesn't seem fair when Felicity got 1 month. Minor correction: Felicity got 2 weeks, and was able to time it around weekends in such a way that she only actually served 11 days. Mossimo got 5 months and I think all parties must have agreed that he was primarily responsible for planning and executing the arrangement, and Lori was a less-culpable participant. I do not like her saying she "went along with it" though. She did more than just go along with it.

Olivia Jade appeared on Red Table Talk in what I believe is her first public appearance to talk about this case since it broke. Adrienne Banfield-Norris was giving her some major side-eye throughout, but I thought Olivia did a pretty decent job at offering a sincere apology and seemed suitably embarrassed about her behavior. I think whoever is advising her hit the mark with this one.

I gotta remember to watch that. I believe Adrienne tweeted about her ambivalence about offering Olivia Jade their platform to try to redeem herself. Some people said that the twitter conversation was more interesting than the actual episode.

Adrienne was quite critical of her and I don’t think she’s wrong. I will say that I have no problem believing that Olivia Jade was too young, naive, and trusting of her parents to comprehend the full impact of what she was doing. She was still wrong but I don’t find her to be a criminal mastermind.
