Ha ha ha they kept her through Christmas. Small victories.
They gotta have her on Red Table Talk so Adrienne Banfield-Norris can scoff at her and her privilege.
Having watched the episode with Olivia Jade, I feel the same way about OJ that Adrienne does. Her life is going to be fine, whether or not she gets her endorsements back, which is not something worthy of an outpouring of pity anyway.
And it's the same for Lori. She may or may not ever appear in another Hallmark movie, but she's still going to continue golfing in Bel Air and going back to her mansion.

Lori's not going to end up on Skid Row any time soon, whether she acts again or not. Same with Olivia Jade. There are probably trust funds and whatnot for her, she's not going to starve or come close to it. Word, Ms. Banfield-Norris.

Felicity Huffman landed a role in an ABC comedy series, so yeah...this family will be fine too. Mel Gibson still works, Jussie Smollett is directing now, and even Louis CK can still sell out a theater. When you think about Martha Stewart these days, her time in prison feels like a mere blip on the radar. It's a lot easier to crawl out of a hole when you're already famous and have a ton of resources at your disposal. The public memory is short and we're inclined to give second chances and support good redemption stories.
Lori and her family can come back from this if they play their cards right, and I thought Olivia's interview on Red Table Talk was a good first move. Even if they never work in Hollywood again, they're not going to starve.

I agree with all of that. But ESPECIALLY since Uncle Becky are going to be all right, I'm happy to see her get dragged for as long as possible. I'm ok with Felicity going back to work because it seems like she's going to be forever ashamed of having gotten wrapped up in this. But Lori never really demonstrated genuine shame or contrition, so at least she could be a meme a while longer.

She's out. Redemption tour? Has she ever given any indication that she was sorry?

She's out. Redemption tour? Has she ever given any indication that she was sorry? I've seen a lot of "Lori can't believe they're prosecuting her for this" and "Maybe I made a mistake but that's not worth sending me to prison" but nothing that suggests actual regret or repentance.

Mossimo's son has been complaining about his dad being in solitary confinement since pretty much the beginning of his sentence due to the Covid outbreak at the prison, noting that he was supposed to be in a minimum security area and now he only gets out once every three days or so for a brief shower. The family is worried about his mental health as he still has several months to go.
There is a part of me that does have some sympathy for him. Five months in solitary feels excessive, though I doubt he will serve the full sentence. Then there is another part of me that says, you know, this all could have been over months ago if they hadn't fought it so hard. Felicity Huffman has long since moved on with her life.
I don't know that the Gianullis were ever truly remorseful, given how long it took them to accept any sort of responsibility. I think they eventually just realized they weren't going to get out from under this and they needed to take their punishment and get it over with. I do think Olivia Jade has come to a realization that what the family did was wrong and that she took her privileges for granted, but as was noted on Red Table Talk, the proof will be in the pudding as to whether it results in any lifestyle changes.

I don't know that the Gianullis were ever truly remorseful, given how long it took them to accept any sort of responsibility This is why I am hesitant to have too much sympathy for either Mossimo or Aunt Becky. While Felicity Huffman copped a deal and did her time, the Giannullis doubled-down on forcing this to go to trial, only to lose. Lori Loughlin even stopped to sign a few autographs for fans while she was on her way to court! That really was not a good look. They got busted for apparently using their privilege to gain an unfair advantage for their daughter. Then, they seemed to hope that their privilege would make the court case go away. (It didn't.) For me it's all about the principle of the matter.

Part of Lori and Mossimo's plea agreements said they agreed to serve out their full sentences in prison and would not try to get out early because of COVID. Guess who is now trying to get out early because of COVID? Mossimo is asking to serve the rest of his sentence at home.
Nobody seems to know of a reason why he's in solitary confinement except that he probably asked to be because he thinks he's so famous he can't mingle with the other criminals, who are likely a bunch of white collars like himself. If he doesn't like solitary, I would suggest that he design himself some balls.
