I just finished watching it on one of the multiple versions of The Movie Channel! Who knew amoral could equal hot?

Damn! I hope I can catch that again at some point. My boyfriend loves the show, too, but I can't stand it because I just can't bring myself to care one bit about motorcycles/choppers/whatever. I flipped right past the marathon yesterday without thinking, so I missed it.

I just checked the Discovery Channel lineup and it isn't listed for June, but I would guess it will air again before the summer is over. Just keep checking here. I hate to admit it, but motorcycles make me nervous, but the bf loves them so I started watching this show with him. It really is quite compelling even for a chicken like me.

Ewan, thanks for your valiant effort to class up the atrocious writing in SW III: Revenge of the 8th Grade English Assignments. You gave it your best shot, man.

No kidding. If I were Natalie Portman or Samuel L. Jackson, I would be more than a little embarrassed to realize that I was out-emoted by a puppet. EM's scenes were really the only ones I found at all interesting, and Anakin had far more spark with Obi than with Padme. I don't even mean HoYay! HC just seemed to have a stronger connection with EM than NP.

And I saw the trailer for The Island. Even though it's so obviously a remake of Parts: the Clonus Horror (one of the worst movies they did on MST3K), I still want to see it.

Me. too! Ewan McGregor and Sean Bean. I am so there.

An epic film is being shot in the 1930s about the Jacobite rebellion of 1745, in which Scottish forces loyal to Prince Charles tried to overthrow their English rulers. When the star of the film goes missing, the producers trick an unassuming extra into filling his shoes, with surprising results.

Gruber Films’ Richard Holmes & Ron Fogelman will produce.  Capaldi will direct as well.  Ewan McGregor will star.

It sounds really interesting. The article mentions that he signed up for his next four roles by signing on to this one project. At first I was thinking it was some kind of Lord of the Rings type epic, but then I figured out that he must be playing multiple characters within the film. Fun!

I just recently caught Emma on one of the cable movie channels--this has been the week for McGregor watching on tv. I've seen Big Fish, Young Adam, Emma, and his appearances on Leno and American Chopper all during the last week. Anyway, I was rewatching Emma, and I just laughed at how funny it was to think about the difference between his first film with Toni Collette and his second one.
