His twitter followers informed him that he'd found that scarf before. I follow him on twitter, but sometimes I feel like unfollowing because he tweets a lot. He got into a little bit of controversy a couple of years ago for tweeting his unvarnished opinions about parenthood, indicating that it kind of sucks and he might reconsider the decision if he could. I appreciated the honesty, and I appreciated his refusal to make the usual declaration that it's worth it. His responses further down the thread imply that he and his wife are two of those martyr types who refuse to ever get a babysitter and spend time alone EVER. Perhaps he feels he needs to make up for how badly he was neglected as a child, but not leaving the house in 9 months (pre-pandemic) is the other ridiculous extreme. To be fair while not my kid I was very involved ie lived with a cousin and her new born to three years old ( long ago) it confirmed to me the idea kids are lovely when you can give them back and totally confirmed i didn’t want any myself. I remember reading and thinking he was just being very very honest, I missed the bit about staying home so much pre pandemic. Also isn’t his wife a breast cancer survivor that may also certainly now but maybe then played a part in staying in and being very protective of the little ones, I dunno just guessing.

I think Lexi has been living with Duncan and his wife in Los Angeles for the past year or so. Iman said something about how Lexi wanted to go have an adventure but felt guilty about leaving her mother, and Iman told her she needed to go live her life, and taking care of mother was not her responsibility. I think it was right before the pandemic and so they wound up not seeing each other at all for a long time (maybe still haven't).

She has a lovely sound that is so effortless. I hope that we're able to hear more from her musically!

I agree, she sounds lovely and natural. Loved the song too, was it an original?
One of the responses to Duncan's tweet said it best...it's only fitting that one of Bowie's kids has the gift of sound while the other has the gift of vision.

I really enjoyed Source Code, loved Moon, I even liked Mute. The guy does have vision.

My Bowie love is clear from my profile pic but I also love seeing his kids do well. I was feeling abit funny about posting the link to Lexi’s song via Duncan’s tweet I dunno why really, tho I saw Duncan respond to someone by saying he was waiting for her to be ready to share which was lovely. Just being a daft protective of family Bowie fan. ( totally owning the weirdo thing here) And I loved the one got the gift of sound, other got gift of vision response. Perfect Sound and Vision, hits play...

I was just listening to “Lazarus” from his last album. It’s very beautiful.

I really enjoyed Source Code, loved Moon, I even liked Mute. The guy does have vision. I think it's really unfortunate WarCraft didn't do better. Not arguing it was a masterpiece, but it was honestly one of the better video game adaptation movies out there, clearly made with enthusiasm for the source material. The Rotten Tomatoes scores are fascinatingly lopsided -- critics average is 26% fresh but fans' average is 76%.
