That's pretty groundbreaking for a black celebrity who has not established herself to the extent that Oprah and Halle have. Look how long it took Oprah and Halle to make the cover? I find it interesting that Halle has never been on the cover of Vanity Fair, although both Jlo and Beyonce have. Fantastic news for Jennifer on Vogue, though. It is nice to see that Hollywood and the media is doing much better in recent years with respect to recognizing talent, regardless of colour. If this year's Oscar's race is any indication, opportunities for non-whites can only get better

Beyonce must be having an apoplexy. Furthermore, as I was checking out some videos, I was standing and I watched Beyonce's newest video, something called "In a Minute" and I was just disgusted at how pitiful she is and how little respect she has for herself. It was the usual, half dressed, leaning back on the hood of a car sexily while a man revelaed his hot chest and I just wondered why she is so stupid as to be doing the same thing time and time again. It's so old.

I just got back from seeing Dreamgirls and am seeing JHud in a whole new light! I thought she was okay when she was on AI, but couldn't do with the crazy eyes and the affected singing--wow--she's cleaned it up in an amazing way.

Waaay back when she was on AI she said (in a nice way) that one of her professional goals was "to become three times bigger than Beyonce." Girlfriend is on her way.

It's so old. Desperation has a way of doing that to celebs on the decline. Couple the tired semi-nudity with the fact that she plans on releasing another album this year  leaves no doubt. |
