I've stuck with GA through all the crap just for Alex/Izzie. Tonight was perfect. From the wedding (George, the vows, the kiss, the guests' mix of sadness and happiness) to the hair coming out along with the flower barrette to "My wife is hot." It was all perfect, and I admit, I cried. I hadn't watched in weeks, but reading your comments made me go to ctv.ca and watch it online this morning. Gah, must be hormones. I was a sobbing mess from the first 10 minutes. Guess I'll have to watch the finale now. Just when I thought I was out.....

I mean, we have gone through FIVE damn seasons of them getting obstacles thrown at them (Denny/Olivia/Addie/Ava/George), and they get ONE scene of genuine happiness ("Do you wanna go steady with me?"), before freaking Denny came back. To see Izzie FINALLY describe how she loves Alex, he is her future and makes her feel fluttery, see Alex man up and let his guard down, and the core 5 be there for each other was beautiful. My eyes still hurt from all the crying I did.

Holy crap. Aside from the Alex/Izzie, the very little bit of George, and Zach Gilford (I love you, Matt Saracen!), 1 hour and 57 minutes of the show was boring. But the last 3 minutes... holy crap!
They can't both die, right? I think George is dead, but Izzie will come out of it okay. I don't understand why they had to kill him off, though. Joining the Army was a great out for the character and also leaves the door open for a possible return. Or they could have done the "got hit by a bus" kill-off, but why both? I don't get it.

I never thought I say this BUT LIVE IZZIE LIVE! I like Izzie with Alex and Alex looked so broken while they were working on her.
I called John Doe being George as soon as they brought him in. Still the reveal was pretty well done.
Yeah, that's my prediction as well. I don't think they will off both Izzie and George.

I was totally prepared to throw my fork at the TV if that had been Denny when the elevator door opened. His "undeadness" is what turned me off of this season.
And never thought I'd say this about TR Knight but George with a buzz cut = hot! Like "I'd do him and brag about it" hot.

I swear, if Izzie dies I am done! Alex/Izzie are the reason I watch this show! Poor Alex! And George!
