I don't know much about what's already out there about the case, but the show pretty much ended with the narrator saying that Dog (and Leland and Dwayne) are waiting for a hearing—which could take months. However, the case could be resolved before that time.
I just hope he's got really good lawyers.

I think he has absolutely no respect for Hawaiian culture, and I think Beth is going to get his ass killed one of these days. From what I can tell, he's a lot like Steve Irwin was to Australia. There are lots and lots of Hawaiians that love him. But, there are others that feel he gives Hawaii a bad name. Most of the people I've talked to love him and my friend who lives in Honolulu says the same thing. I had so many emotions watching the show last night. My heart went out for the families of these guys. Especially the young kids and all three of them have young kids. The scene when they finally get home and Gary Boy runs into Dog's arms nearly had me in tears. I also got really, really angry at this whole situation. Yeah, he broke the law, but in the scheme of things, wasn't it for the greater good? No one got hurt, not even Luster. A creep (and that's not strong enough a word) is behind bars for life and the streets are just a little bit safer. What I really liked is that Dog didn't blame anyone. He spoke highly of the marshall's and said they weren't mistreated. He didn't even whine about being separated in jail. None of them did. My heart really went out to Tim. He's having a really hard time with this, and I just wanted to hug him when he talked about how he was feeling, and not being able to hold his head up high. *sigh* And I wanted to crawl right through the TV and hug my Leland. And do other things to him to make him feel better.

What I found so bizarre is that that Dog, Leland, and Tim were held in a federal penitentiary. What the hell? I worked for the RCMP in Calgary for 3 years and in cases like this they would have been held in a remand centre until they went before a judge. Never in a penitentiary. I think somebody is trying to prove a point here.
Did everyone know that Bounty Hunting was illegal in Mexico before this? I didn't. Do criminal know this? Hopefully there will be a mass migration of criminals to Mexico. Perhaps that is what the US is trying to do.
On another note I think Beth is really pretty but that women's BOOBS - Sheesh they just look painful especially when she runs. And I can't figure which are their kids and which are their grandkids and which are Leland's kids.

Beth looks so cheap - but as she's said, her man likes his women on the trashy side. Yeah - I agree that someone's pissed and trying to scare Dog and family. I really believe the Luster family is paying the Mexican authorities off to pursue this.

I think the whole situation that is happening to Dog sucks. I think he is a really good guy who reformed his life for the better. I like the advice he gives the criminals when he catches them, and I am sure they are more prone to listen to a reformed ex-con as opposed to a straight laced cop.
I am curious as to how he disrepects Hawaiian culture? My only minor gripe with show is does he only "hunt" native hawaiians? because every single time I have seen the show, it seems the people who have jumped bail are people of color. I am totally not implying anything, but based on observations of the shows I have seen.

Black, Hispanic, Caucasian, Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, etc. etc. etc. As for Beth. I too think she is really pretty, and would be even more so if she toned it down a bit. I really liked what she was wearing when Dog, Leland and Tim were released on bail. I feel bad for her with her Boobs though. Those babies are real, you can tell when she runs. She is going to have back problems and I hope her daughters don't inherit her boobs.

I don't have cable so I have not watched his show. However he did break the law so he should pay for it.

Beth is very pretty and she has a lovely voice, but she reminds me of a heinous ex-roommate I had, right down to the boobs.
I bet Luster's family is encouraging Mexico's prosecution. Beth said the charge is a misdemeanor - hardly worth it. I suppose it discourages the Chapmans from ever bounty hunting in Mexico again. I don't care if they broke the law. Andrew Luster is a sicko and you can be assured if he hadn't already begun drugging and raping women in Mexico, it was only a matter of time.

OK - just saw the reairing today. So Beth does have an indoor voice after all! I felt so bad for her pain -I would never have imagined she was a crier.
And them being held in the Federal pen and separated - WTF! Even in the Ad Seg section, if someone wanted them they could get to them. Someone was really trying to scare them.
I agree - Luster's family is behind it. Hearing that this was a misdemeanor, and this happening in conjunction with the Mexican drug lord the US has wanted finally being extradited to the US - very fishy.
I would love it if a Mexican woman came forward and said she was raped by Luster while he was there (not glad that she was raped, though, of course). How do we know he didn't rape anyone there? Just because there was no report doesn't mean it didn't happen. What a slap in the face that would be to Mexican authorities - they were harboring this fugitive, they are trying to prosecute his captors, and their women were being violated. I firmly believe someone in Mexico was being paid off to help hide Luster.
